What do I use to make my layouts?.
• photoshop CS2/7.0 (depending on witch computer I'm on)
• EditCSS for Friefox
• The LJ Tiny Icon Generator

How often do I make layouts? Well as often as I feel like making one. Rather its something simple or something heavy on graphics.
